Eco-friendly RPP Water-Jet Vacuum Pump Unit

The JL-RPP water-jet vacuum unit uses a water-jet pump as core vacuum source with PP heat exchangers, reducing cooling water use. It provides near-zero wastewater discharge and centralized exhaust treatment. Wetted parts are corrosion-resistant plastic. It is compatible with Roots pumps or steam ejectors for higher vacuum. Used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy and environmental industries for filtration, drying, conveying, oxygenation and deoxygenation.

  Product Overview  

The JL-RPP series eco-friendly water-jet vacuum unit is a new generation of vacuum equipment independently developed by our company. Utilizing a water-jet vacuum pump as the core vacuum-generating component, the system integrates optimized graphite-modified polypropylene shell-and-tube or coil-type heat exchangers. These exchangers condense the incoming gas stream before it enters the water-jet pump—thereby reducing the pump's load—and provide comprehensive cooling for the circulating fluid. This design minimizes reliance on external cooling water, maintains optimal operating temperatures to ensure peak pump performance, and enables virtually zero wastewater discharge alongside centralized waste gas treatment. All wetted parts feature an all-plastic construction, allowing for the handling of corrosive gases; furthermore, the unit can be connected in series with Roots vacuum pumps or steam ejectors to achieve higher vacuum levels.

    Widely used in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, food processing, metallurgy, and environmental protection for processes including vacuum absorption, filtration, drying, conveying, oxygen enrichment, and deoxygenation.

      Equipment Features  

        1. The intake gas first enters a graphite shell-and-tube condenser, where the pumped medium is condensed, thereby reducing the pumping load on the water-jet vacuum pump;

        2. The circulating fluid of the water-jet vacuum pump is cooled by a graphite coil, allowing the pump to operate at an optimal temperature and ensuring peak performance;

        3. This eco-friendly water-jet vacuum unit significantly reduces the need for make-up water in the circulation tank, effectively eliminating wastewater discharge;

        4. After the gaseous medium passes through a mist eliminator, the liquid returns to the circulation storage tank, while the gas proceeds to the treatment system;

        5. In this eco-friendly unit, both the condensing tubes and cooling coils are made of graphite-modified polypropylene, and the centrifugal pump features an all-plastic polypropylene structure, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
