FJZJP Series Roots-Water Jet Vacuum Unit

The FJZJP series Roots–water jet vacuum unit combines a Roots (mechanical booster) pump as the main/intermediate stage with a water jet pump as the backing pump. Flow-path parts use anti-corrosion coating, and an all-plastic horizontal water jet design enables handling of corrosive gases. Ultimate vacuum: 150 Pa (single-stage), 25 Pa (two-stage), and below 5 Pa (three-stage).

Overview  
    The FJZJP series Roots-water jet vacuum unit consists of a Roots pump (mechanical booster pump)—serving as the main and intermediate pump—and a water jet pump acting as the backing pump. The flow-path components utilize a unique anti-corrosion coating technology to ensure superior corrosion resistance.
    By employing an all-plastic horizontal water jet vacuum unit as the backing pump, the system is capable of handling corrosive gases. The ultimate vacuum levels achieved are 150 Pa for a single-stage Roots configuration, 25 Pa for a two-stage setup, and within 5 Pa for a three-stage setup.
