Our product lineup covers storage tanks, mixing tanks, neutralization tanks, fractionation tanks, blending tanks, process tanks, scrubbing towers, and pipelines ranging from Φ25 mm to 3500 mm. Storage tanks are available in 13 standard diameters from DN500 to DN4300 mm. The maximum tank height reaches 9,100 mm, corresponding to a maximum volumetric capacity of 100 cubic meters. We supply optimal tailored solutions for all clients engaged in the production of corrosive and non-corrosive chemical materials.
Features
Customers are recommended to select standard specifications listed in the table for priority delivery. Tank top designs include conical covers, elliptical heads, flat covers and removable covers. Tank bottom options consist of flat bottoms, conical bottoms and inclined bottoms. Custom shapes and dimensions are available upon client request. Large-sized tanks can be equipped with access ladders and safety guardrails. Nozzle types and sizes are engineered in compliance with national standards and individual customer requirements.
We offer a full range of standard accessories to meet general operational demands, including manholes, flange connections, level gauges, agitators, heating assemblies, venting devices, access ladders and guardrails. Specialized auxiliary components are also available, such as acid overflow prevention systems to avoid environmental hazards and matched hydrochloric acid scrubbing towers. All these accessories can be fitted onto tanks as per customer specifications.
