FV/P Corrosion-Resistant Energy-Saving Centrifugal Pumps (Plastic Centrifugal Pumps)

Manufactured via one-step injection molding using polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and reinforced polypropylene (RPP). They are primarily designed for conveying corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis and salt solutions. However, they must NOT be used to transport certain chemicals that cause severe degradation to ABS engineering plastics, including aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated aliphatic hydrocarbons, ketones, concentrated acids and concentrated alkalis.

Applications

RPP Material Features (One-Step Injection Molding)

Boasts high mechanical strength and superior corrosion resistance. The conveyed medium never comes into contact with metal components. A cooling structure is equipped to extend the service life of the mechanical seal, which can be cooled with cooling water. The pumps deliver high efficiency at a cost-effective price.

PVDF Material Properties

Excellent air tightness, non-toxic and contamination-free, non-polar, oxidation-resistant and anti-aging, with outstanding mechanical performance. Resistant to strong oxidants, halogens and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents. Operating temperature range: -40℃ to 135℃.

RPP Material Properties

Non-polar, non-toxic and contamination-free, resistant to common acids, alkalis and salt solutions (particle-free medium only). Operating temperature range: -12℃ to 100℃. Model 80FP-32 (100FP-32) serves as the optimal matching pump for RPP‑54 (RPP-65) series water jet vacuum pumps.
