FJZJS Series Roots-Water Ring Vacuum Pump Unit

This corrosion-resistant vacuum unit uses a Roots pump as the main or intermediate pump and a water-ring vacuum pump as the backing pump. It evacuates air and corrosive gases without solid particles, and supports vacuum transfer of organic or inorganic acid liquids containing suspended particles or crystals, excluding hypochlorous and hydrofluoric acids, to achieve high vacuum in sealed vessels.

  Product Overview  

The FLZLS series corrosion-resistant Roots-water ring vacuum pump unit consists of a Roots pump (also known as a mechanical booster pump) acting as the main pump (including intermediate stages) and a water ring vacuum pump serving as the backing pump.

These units offer a high ultimate vacuum (150 Pa for single-stage Roots, 25 Pa for two-stage Roots, and 1 Pa for three-stage Roots configurations). Multi-stage units can also be custom-designed to meet specific user requirements for more demanding applications.
This vacuum unit is suitable for evacuating air and corrosive gases free of solid particles. It can also be used for the vacuum transfer of organic or inorganic acid solutions containing suspended particles or crystals (excluding hypochlorous acid and hydrofluoric acid) to achieve a high vacuum within a sealed vessel.


  Product Features  

      This unit performs vacuum operations and organic solvent recovery simultaneously under acidic chemical processing conditions, thereby enhancing economic efficiency and reducing pollution to the environment and water resources.
      An electric contact vacuum gauge automatically opens or closes the circuit based on vacuum levels, effectively protecting the motor and electrical components while improving operational efficiency. The gas-liquid separator facilitates both gas-phase condensation and liquid-phase cooling; this prevents the working fluid from re-evaporating—which would otherwise degrade the vacuum—thereby ensuring stable vacuum performance.
      The system can utilize either water or recovered solvent as the working fluid, helping to minimize environmental pollution.
      Key components—including the main unit, water-ring pump, Roots pump, separator, condenser, and piping—are constructed from corrosion-resistant materials. The system is widely applicable to unit operations such as chemical production, vacuum distillation, purification, and drying.
